LESTER, Judge.

This action arose out of a single car accident in which two passengers were killed. The jury found the decedents to be contrib-utorily negligent and from a judgment dismissing the complaints, as consolidated, this appeal is taken.

On July 2, 1977, between the hours of 7:00 and 8:00 P.M., Denny Butler, who was driving Nelson Watkins’ car, and his girlfriend, Shirley Hill, left a Long John Silver’s Restaurant and went to the Ashland Parking Lot near Wayne Stamper’s home in Lexington.
