MEMORANDUM OPINION
Savage, J.
Unitrin Direct Insurance Company moves for reconsideration of the order declaring it has a duty to defend its insured in a state court personal injury action. Unitrin challenges the finding that although the injury-producing conduct alleged in the underlying action does not fall within the policy definition of an occurrence, the exception to the policy exclusion for intentional conduct expressly provides coverage for an insured who acted in self-defense or defense of another.
