Plaintiff is an unincorporated association of persons aggrieved by present plans for the construction of the southwest quadrant of 1-291, a multilane, controlled access, divided highway which would run for about 7.6 miles through Rocky Hill, Wethersfield, Newington, New Britain, and Farmington, Connecticut, linking 1-91 south of Hartford, Connecticut, with 1-84 west of Hartford.
