This matter is before the Court on several post-trial motions made by each of the parties to this dispute. Plaintiff Michael C. Normandin ("Plaintiff") and Caetano Real Estate ("Third Party Defendants") have each filed a motion seeking attorney's fees. Third Party Defendants have also filed a motion to attach the property of Defendants Cheryl A.
