In this attorney discipline matter, respondent admitted misconduct. After a hearing, the panel recommended imposition of a definite suspension to run concurrent with the time respondent was on disability inactive status. The Executive Committee of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline adopted the hearing panel’s findings of fact and conclusions of law, but disagreed with the recommended sanction.
