SWEET, District Judge.
Plaintiff Georgianna Johnson (“Johnson”), President of Local 1199, Drug, Hospital and Health Care Employees Union (“Local 1199”), an affiliate of the International Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Workers Union (“RWDSU”), has moved pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 65(a) for a preliminary injunction staying an impending membership referendum on proposed amendments to the union constitution.
