KEOGH, J,
— The petitioners filed *543appeals of the court’s September 28, 2010 orders denying their respective motions for reconsideration of the court’s early orders, dated August 26, 2010 and September 20, 2010, which denied their petitions to compel arbitration. The appeals are ripe for decision pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S. §73201. As they are related cases, this opinion addresses both appeals.
