OPINION
ONION, Presiding Judge.
This is an appeal from a conviction for burglary of a habitation with intent to commit rape. Punishment was enhanced under V.T.C.A., Penal Code, § 12.42(c), and assessed by the jury at ninety-nine (99) years.
In his first four grounds of error, appellant alleges reversible error was committed by the trial court in refusing to suppress the testimony before the jury of Dr. John Holbrook, a psychiatrist who testified for the State.
