Jeffrey Levy (“Plaintiff’) commenced this action against the City of New York, Police Officers Sugey Castillo and Eric Travieso, and Police Sergeant Thomas Reed (“Defendants”), which arises from an incident where Plaintiff was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree in alleged violation of N.Y. Penal Law § 265.01(2).
