OPINION

HAIRE, Judge.

This appeal is from summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Goldfield Mines, Inc., in its action to enjoin the defendant, Darrell G. Hand, from exercising dominion or control over, retaining possession of, or removing ore from fifteen unpatented mining claims. On cross-motions for summary judgment, the trial court ruled that Gold field Mines was entitled to possession of the claims and that Hand had no right, title or interest in any of them.
