Appellant was convicted under an indictment which reads as follows: “ The grand jury of Union County, in the name and by the authority of the State of Arkansas, on oath, accuse the defendant, A. Coliman, of the crime of receiving deposits in an insolvent bank, committed as follows, to-wit: The said defendant, on the 20th day of November, 1922, in Union County, Arkansas, did unlawfully, wilfully, knowingly and feloniously accept and receive on deposit in the Guarantv Bank & Trust Company, a corporation organized and doing a banking business under the laws of Arkansas, of El Dorado, Arkansas,…
