delivered the opinion of the court:

This is an appeal from the circuit court of Will county to reverse a decree, of that court entered -upon a bill filed by the appellant and other complainants against the appellee. The master, in his report, found in favor of complainants upon all material allegations and recommended a decree as prayed for. On exception to the report of the master part of his findings of fact were modified, and the relief granted was the establishing of a private alley or passageway, as appurtenant to the property of appellant and her co-complainants,…
