OPINION OF THE COURT

On May 30 and 31 and June 14, 2017, I conducted a Huntley hearing.* At the hearing, Detective Kristin Flood of the New York City Police Department testified for the People. The defendant called no witnesses. For the reasons set forth in this decision, I find that the People have met their burden of proving beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant’s statements were voluntarily made.
