This is a libel action revolving around charges printed in the Wall Street Journal that the plaintiffs Kramer and Dowd Department of Justice strike force attorneys, engaged in improper conduct in pressuring one Samuel Calabrese, an organized crime figure, into becoming a government witness. The Court previously disposed of disputes centering on the efforts of the plaintiffs to discover the identity of the sources of Jim Drinkhall, author of the Wall Street Journal articles. Dowd v.
