GONZALEZ, District Judge.
THIS CAUSE has come before the Court for review upon the defendants’ motion for a protective order. Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(c). The defendants also move for costs. The cause for this motion is the plaintiffs’ deposition subpoena of the defendants’ attorneys, William J. Capito and Richard Grad-dock.
FACTS
An issue in this case is the nature of the plaintiff’s interest in certain parcels of land located in Palm Beach County. The parcel in question, “Palm Beach Farm Plat No. 3”, was the subject of two letters written by Messrs. Capito and Graddock to the plaintiff. The…
