The appellant Bella K. Rodrigues filed her petition addressed to the judge of the circuit court of the fifth circuit for the probate of a writing purporting to be the last ivill and testament of William Bade, otherwise known as William Keaumaikai Bade, deceased. In the petition it is alleged that the deceased left an estate consisting of real estate of the value of two thousand dollars and personal estate of the value of one thousand dollars.
