Plaintiff American Guaranty Insurance Co. (“American Guaranty”) filed this diversity . action1 against defendant Asbestos Control, Inc. (“Asbestos Control”) to recover premiums allegedly owed for insurance coverage which American Guaranty provided for the period from February through September, 1989.
