¶ 1. On the motion of Jerry Jones, the County Court of the Second Judicial District of Jones County entered an order assessing sanctions against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in the amount of $4,944 for “either extreme negligence or an intentional misrepresentation of and concealment of a discoverable document.” State Farm appealed the award of sanctions to the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial District of Jones County, which affirmed the sanctions.
