Carrion Corporation appeals from an order affirming a decision of the Wisconsin Tax Appeals Commission. The commission upheld a sales and use tax assessment against Carrion (formerly known as Adelman Laundry and Cleaners, Inc.) in connection with sales of the assets of its commercial and retail laundry divisions. The Department of Revenue *261audited Carrion's sales and use taxes returns for the period January 1, 1979, to February 18, 1983, and assessed additional taxes against the company.
