OPINION
VAIDIK, Judge.
Case Summary
Michael Sharp was convicted of Class A felony child molesting and Class C felony child molesting. The trial court sentenced him to an aggregate term of forty years, found him to be a credit restricted felon, and assigned him to Class IV (one day of credit time for every six days served). Sharp now appeals arguing that his convictions violate Indiana double jeopardy principles.
