MEMORANDUM and ORDER

REAGAN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the Motion under Rule 60(b) for Relief from Judgment or Order brought by Plaintiff Janet Koelling (Doc. 25). For the following reasons the motion is DENIED.
