The receiver of the Ranier Power & Railway Company appeals from a decree of the circuit court (73 Fed. 69) dismissing his bill as against the defendant, George Kinnear, in a suit brought against certain stockholders of the Ranier Power & Railway Company to require them to pay their subscriptions to the stock of said corporation. Kinnear held stock of the par value of §5,000. In his answer to the bill he alleged that he had paid the full amount of his subscription.
