Appeal from a judgment and decree given, made, rendered and entered in department No. 1 of the district court of the first judicial district of the State of Montana, whereby, and by reason of which, a decree of divorce given, made, rendered and entered in department No. 2 of the court was declared null, void and of no force or effect and that the same be set aside and the record purged thereof.
