RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.
Following a bench trial, William Cherry was convicted of violating 18 U.S.C. § 2242(1) (sexual abuse) and 18 U.S.C. § 2243(a) (sexual abuse of a minor). The district court sentenced him to 120 months’ imprisonment followed by three years of supervised release. In this appeal, Mr. Cherry contends that section 2242(1) is void for vagueness on its face and as applied. He also challenges the district court’s admission of two statements that he contends are inadmissible hearsay.
