This matter comes becomes before the Court on: (i) the Amended Application of Walter E. Trittipo for Compensation as Attorney for Debtor in Possession (the “Fee Petition”); and (ii) the Motion of Walter E. Trittipo for Approval and Allowance of Attorneys Fees as a Secured Claim (the “Motion for Allowance of Secured Claim”).
