Hamley, J.—In

the above-entitled cases, consolidated for the purpose of trial and appeal, plaintiffs seek decrees vacating certain portions of Indianapolis street and quieting their titles thereto. Judgment was entered for defendant in both cases, and plaintiffs have appealed.

The facts are not in dispute. On May 9, 1906, Seaboard Security Company filed for record in the office of the auditor of King County a plat of Lake Shore View Addition to the city of Seattle. In this plat, certain streets were dedicated to the public, including Indianapolis street, now designated east Ninety-fifth street.…
