This is an appeal brought by Charles K. Standley (“Appellant”) arising from the probate court’s “Judgment With Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law,” relating to the estate of Elta B. Standley (“Decedent”). There the probate court imposed two equitable liens against the assets of Decedent’s estate (“the Estate”), one in favor of Respondent Doris J. Standley (“Doris”), and one in favor of Respondent Michael D. Standley (“Michael”) (collectively “Respondents”).
