JANVIER, Judge.
On November 15, 1937, Octavia Ray filed this suit as duly designated beneficiary in a policy of life insurance issued by Liberty Industrial Life Insurance Company on the life of Albert Robertson. She alleged the death of Robertson and the refusal of the insurer to make payment under the policy. She averred that she had “ f * * delivered to defendant insurance company the policy” and “the proofs of death, * * * all of which were satisfactory and accepted by defendant company, and all of which were furnished on forms supplied by defendant company.” She prayed for judgment in the…
