This Memorandum Opinion constitutes the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr.P. 7052. The matter before the Court is an Adversary Proceeding commenced by Scott and Sharon Wingard (the “Wingards” or the “Debtors”) against both Altoona Regional Health Systems and its agent and debt collector, Credit Control Collections (the “Defendants”).
