In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for negligence in the procurement of insurance coverage, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (D’Emilio, J.), dated January 31, 1995, as *581granted the cross motion of the defendant Coverage Concepts, Inc., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against it.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
