Introduction
Plaintiff Trudi Voltz (“Voltz”) claims disability benefits through her former employer, Chrysler Group LLC (“Chrysler”). She based her 2011 benefits application on dermatitis, triggered, she says, by certain workplace chemicals. Two reviewing physicians disagreed with the opinion of Voltz’s personal physician, who viewed the dermatitis as a disabling condition.
