¶ 1. This appeal raises the ques tion whether the circuit court properly dismissed the petition for a writ of certiorari because inmate Laurich failed to exhaust his administrative remedies. The respondents contend that Laurich failed to exhaust because he failed to file a timely complaint under the Inmate Complaint Review System. We affirm the circuit court's order dismissing the petition.
