We review here the affirmance by the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit of a 1971 order of the Federal Power Commission 1 that established an area rate structure for interstate sales 2 of natural gas produced in the Southern Louisiana area. The Southern Louisiana area is one of seven geographical areas defined by the Commission for the purpose of prescribing areawide price ceilings. 3 This is the second area rate case to reach this Court.
