OPINION AND ORDER

MYRON H. THOMPSON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Lucile Askew (“Askew”), as representative for the estate of her de ceased husband, brings this lawsuit against defendants Kenneth Holt (“Holt”) and R & L Transfer, Inc. (“Transfer”) for the wrongful death of her husband in a vehicular accident. 1 Askew charges the defendants with state-law claims of simple negligence, simple wantonness, negligent entrustment, and negligent supervision and training. 2 The court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332 (diversity of citizenship).
