Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Beldock, J.), rendered February 11, 1987, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that the People failed to establish constructive possession of the cocaine found on top of his armoire in his bedroom in this purely circumstantial evidence case.
