delivered the opinion of the court:

Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Madison County in favor of the plaintiffs in the amount of $1228.98.

The plaintiffs brought this action upon a homeowner’s insurance policy, issued by the defendant, to recover damages for loss of unscheduled personal property by theft. The policy of insurance was purchased by the plaintiffs, Bernard W. Springman and Harriett D.
