MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case calls upon the Court to consider whether action by the State of Maryland seeking to establish a forfeiture pursuant to Md.Ann.Code art. 27, § 297 (Supp.1981) in the Circuit Court for Frederick County is stayed with respect to individuals who seek relief in a Bankruptcy Court under the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, Pub.L.No. 95-508, 92 Stat. 2549 (1978) (now codified at 11 U.S.C. §§ 101-1330 (Supp. IV 1980)) (the “Code”).
