This was a bill filed in the superior court of Cook county by Marshall Field III. and his sister, Gwendolyn Field, to construe the seventh article of the will of the late Marshall Field, the complainants being grandchildren of the testator. The entire will is a long and carefully prepared document, providing in detail for the distribution of a large estate.
