[1] The testator was twice married. By his first wife he had four children, a son, Mentor B. Johnson, and three daughters, Q. Johnson and V. Johnson and Mrs. A. W. Balls. The latter was living with her husband, Dr. A. W. Balls, who amply maintained her. The said Mentor B.
