—In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendants Vlad Stevens and Steve Stevens, Jr. appeal from (1) a decision of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Wood, J.), dated May 6, 1993, which found that the plaintiff was entitled to a writ of assistance, and that there was no basis to vacate a default judgment entered against the defendants and (2) an order of the same court dated May 26, 1993, entered upon the decision, which granted the plaintiff’s motion for a writ of assistance and denied their cross motion to, inter alia, vacate a default judgment.
