This appeal is based upon an agreed statement of facts and presents a single issue, concerning the applicability of the statute of frauds (RCW 63.04.050) to the following transaction between plaintiff (respondent), Nationwide Papers, Inc., doing business as Carpenter Paper Company, and defendant (appellant), Northwest Egg Sales, Inc.
