Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Ryan, Jr., J.), entered April 10, 1996 in Clinton County, which granted plaintiffs motion to, inter alia, enforce an amended judgment of divorce.

The parties were divorced in 1992 and have joint custody of their son Geoff, born in 1983. Defendant’s appeal from the judgment of divorce was previously affirmed by this Court (see, Blaise v Blaise, 206 AD2d 715).
