Order unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: Petitioner commenced this proceeding to enforce the child support provision of the divorce judgment requiring respondent, when employed, to pay 17% of his gross income pursuant to the Child Support *974Standards Act. Following a hearing, the Hearing Examiner calculated respondent’s weekly child support obligation to be $256.63, based upon an imputed annual income of $85,000.
