This diversity case was removed to this Court from the Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, in and for the County , of Washoe, on petition of defendants Galaxy Airlines, Inc., Caesars World, Inc., and Caesars Desert Palace, Inc., dba Caesars Tahoe. A timely motion for remand has been filed by the plaintiffs.
