OPINION
STEVEN L. HUGHES, Justice
This appeal arises from a will contest involving two competing wills. The pro bate court set aside one 'will, but has not yet determined whether the other-will is valid or admitted that will to probate. On the Court’s own motion, we conclude we do not have jurisdiction over this appeal because the order appealed from is not a final order. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
