This matter comes before the Court on the Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Amended Consolidated Shareholder Derivative Complaint filed pursuant to Rules 23.1 and 12(b)(6), F.R.Civ.P., by nominal defendant SandRidge Energy, Inc. (“SandRidge”), and defendants Jim J. Brewer, Everett R. Dobson, William A. Gilliland, Daniel W. Jordan, Roy T. Oliver, Jr., and Jeffrey S. Serota. Lead plaintiff Paul Elliot, on behalf of the Paul Elliot IRA R/O (“Elliot”), and plaintiff Lisa Ezell have responded in opposition, and SandRidge and the individual movants have filed a reply.…
