The homestead of L- A. Clift, during his married life, and at the time of his death, was situated on lots 4, 6 and 7, in block 9, in the town of Waxahaohie. In the brick building, situated on a part of jot No. 4, he had a store, and there exercited his business or calling, *245of selling goods, wares and merchandise. The family residence, or home proper, occupied during his lifetime by the decedent, with his wife and children, was situated on lots 6 and 7.
