Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County, rendered January 19, 1976, upon a verdict convicting the defendant of the crimes of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the *944third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree. Defendant’s sole contention on this appeal is that he was deprived of a fair trial due to the prejudicial and improper summation by the prosecutor.
