This insurance-coverage dispute is before the Court on Defendant Allstate Insurance Company’s motion for summary judgment [43].

I. Background

Plaintiff Ana Lyons purchased a homeowner’s insurance policy from Allstate for the house she owned in Powder Springs, Georgia. In November 2002 Lyons remarried and moved to Douglasville, Georgia.
