I. Introduction

This is an appeal from the trial court’s denial of appellants’ special appearances in the face of allegations that they improperly bought and sold frequent flyer miles awarded by appellee to its customers. Appellants Luxury Travel Source d/b/a LTS Luxury Tour Source, Ltd. (LTS), Mukesh Goyal a/k/a Mukesh Kumar (LTS’s principal), and Main St. Travel Center of Mon-sey, Inc. each raise a single issue challenging the trial court’s denial of their special appearances, claiming that they negated all alleged bases of personal jurisdiction.
